What if I don’t like what I ordered?
If you don’t like the selections you made for your pillow, we’re eager to help you resolve the issue by altering or remaking the item. To help minimize your expense, we’ll provide a 50% discount on our services. Terms: (1) offer is valid for 30 days after the order date, (2) if additional fabric and/or trim are required, you will be responsible for the fee of these materials, (3) you will be responsible for shipping and handling fees related to returning the items to us and/or our returning the items to you, (4) additional terms and conditions may apply.
What if my order arrived with an error?
If we made an error while fabricating your pillow, we’re eager to help you resolve the issue by altering or remaking the item. We will not charge you any fee for the alteration and/or remake. We will not charge you any fee for shipping and handling to and from our workshop. Terms: (1) offer is valid for 30 days after the order date and (2) additional terms and conditions may apply.
What if my order arrived with damage?
Before shipping out any items, we will carefully inspect and photograph them. If your item arrived with damage, we’re eager to help support you.
What if my order took longer than expected?
We strive to complete and ship your order approx. 5 business days after receiving all the required fabrics and trims. We make every effort to avoid delays but they occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation or compensation.
What is covered by the warranty?
From the date an order is placed, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on our fabrication against manufacturing defects (zipper is stuck, etc.) under normal use and for the original retail purchaser. If your product is defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this Warranty.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
Our warranty does not cover defects that result from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, exposure to the elements, or failure to follow use and care instructions. Examples of normal wear and tear include, but are not limited to: fraying, damage caused by improper cleaning methods, loss of color intensity, exposure to salt air, damage from insects or pets, normal fading from sunlight, etc.
